    In accordance with the University’s Notice on the 2026 Undergraduate Thesis (Design) Work, EMS hereby announces the specific arrangements for the 2026 undergraduate thesis. Please refer to below attachments for detail.

    As required by the university, all stages of the thesis process — including topic selection, assignment of the thesis task, proposal submission, similarity check, evaluation, defense, grading, selection of outstanding theses, random inspection, and electronic archiving — will be managed through the Undergraduate Academic Management System. Faculty and students are requested to carefully review the attached schedule, adhere to the specified deadlines, and ensure the successful completion of all thesis-related writing and defense tasks.
